This is the Official HangTight with MarC Warm Up Routine.
Most people think that stretching is a proper warm up. WRONG! You must warm up before you stretch. Your body is more prone to injury when stretching cold muscles prior to exercising. Once you warm up, then you are able to stretch. Check out the Warm Up Videos below:

20 Leg Swings (-10 Swings Forward & Back – 10 Swings Right & Left) –Hold on to something
10 Wrist Circles & Head Nods

20 Big Arm Circles (10 Backward Arm Circles & 10 Forward Arm Circles)
10 Shoulder Stretch (5 Leans Right, 5 Leans Left)
10 Jumping Jacks
10 Scissor Jumps
10 Seal Jacks
10 Full Body Twists (5 Twists to the Right, 5 Twists to the Left)
10 Full Body Circles (5 Circles to the Right, 5 Circles to the Left)

10 Squat Jumps (Jump High, Land Soft)
5 Frog Jumps
10 Leg Raises (5 Right Raises, 5 Left Raises)
10 Iron Cross (5 Right Twists, 5 Left Raises Twists)
10 Cobra to Child Pose with Thumbs Up
