Legs!! Have you seen a difference yet in your legs since you’ve started this workout series? I hope so. If not, perhaps doing these workouts more than one time through and even using heavier weights! I’m using heavier weights and building muscle mass. Don’t forget muscle is more dense than fat, so if you are gaining weight and working out its OK–it’s just muscle.

Set Your Gymboss Interval Timer to:
12 Rounds
10 Sec Rest
35 Sec Work

Beginner HangTighters- Complete this workout 1 time. Complete 5 minutes of cardio between each set.
Intermediate HangTighters- Complete this workout 2 times. Complete 5 minutes of cardio between each set.
Advanced HangTighters- Complete this workout 3 times. Complete 5 minutes of cardio between each set.
