Summer is right around the corner.. ahhhhh Don’t worry, I’ve got you well taken care of with this workout! Get fit, feel amazing, oh and GET TIGHTTTT! Go!

Set Your Gymboss Interval Timer to:
9 Rounds
8 Sec Rest
30 Sec Work

…Exercises
There are 8 exercises shown in the workout video. Select 3 of the exercises and set your interval timer as indicated above. Once complete do 5 minutes of cardio. Then, pick 3 more exercises shown in the workout video, followed by 7 minutes of cardio. Lastly, select 2 of the exercises you haven’t selected before along with your favorite exercises from the first two sets you’ve already done (3 exercises total), and finish with 10 minutes of cardio.. FYI You should be drenched once complete!
