I’ve had us working out those legs alot lately and now it’s time to tone those flabby arms. If your arms aren’t flabby how about just toning your arms–that’s what I’m doing with this workout! This workout is great and not only works just your arms but your total body!

Workout Details
Set Your Gymboss Interval Timer to:
15 Rounds
8 Sec Rest
30 Sec Work

Right Single Leg Shoulder Press (left foot & right arm press)
Right Arm Diagonal Strict leg Deadlift & Press
Left Single Leg Shoulder Press (right foot & left arm press)
Let Arm Diagonal Strict leg Deadlift & Press
Split Jack & Jump

8 Sec Rest
30 Sec Right Single Leg Shoulder Press (left foot & right arm press)

8 Sec Rest
30 Sec (2) Right Arm Diagonal Strict leg Deadlifts & Press

8 Sec Rest
30 Sec Left Single Leg Shoulder Press (right foot & left arm press)

8 Sec Rest
30 (2) Left Arm Diagonal Strict leg Deadlift & Press

…Continue the exercises in the list above in order until the final timer beeps.You will ultimately be going through these exercise 3 times aka sets.
