3 Sets of 20 Reps: Watermelon Shoulder Press

3 Sets of 40 Reps: Watermelon Pushups (alternating 20 reps on each arm)

3 Sets of 10 Reps: Watermelon Squats Figure 8′s

3 Sets of 40 Reps: Watermelon Swings
