I’ve created a workout to make you stronger for all of your running goals. Don’t forget, you must strength train in addition to your cardio sessions. You will complete a total of 5 exercises back to back for 5 minutes straight until the timer beeps.

Complete these exercises in the order above until the final timer beeps. You’ll be doing this workout 2 more times for max results.
Beginners- Complete this workout one time then do 20-30 minutes of cardio.
Int/ Advanced- Complete this workout two or three times then do 15-20 minutes of cardio.
