This is the last workout of this tabata series!! I’ve heard from alot of you that you really enjoyed these short workouts and have seen results. Awesome job keep it up!! Today’s workout, you should be combining all the workouts I’ve given all month making this a 20 minute workout. Should be alot of fun and you should be much stronger from when you first started. Set Your Gymboss Interval Timer to:
8 Rounds
10 Sec Rest
20 Sec Work

Continue these exercises in this order until your interval timer beeps.

Then complete the following tabata workouts, making this a 20 minute workout resting 2 minutes between each set.
