Continue these exercises in this order until your interval timer beeps.
Complete Tabata Workout #1 after this workout.
Beginner HangTighters- Complete this workout 2 times. Complete 5 minutes of cardio.
Intermediate HangTighters- Complete this workout 3 time. Complete 10 minutes of cardio.
