10 Sec Rest
40 Sec Work

Press & Kick

10 Sec Rest
40 Sec Rotating Flutter Kicks

10 Sec Rest
40 Sec Belly Bloat Scoop Crunch

40 Sec Ballerina Crunch

10 Sec Rest
40 Sec Press & Kick

…Continue these exercises in this order until the final timer beeps.
