I’m affraid the last workout these week I am bringing it to you hard. To me, this is by far the hardest 100 reps you will do. The more I push you, the tighter you ge,t so DO IT!

Workout Description:
Complete 100 reps of Low Ninja Pop Up Jumps

Intermediate / Advanced- Complete these 100 reps in one setting.
Beginner-Break up these 100 reps over the course of the day, but complete the workout before you go to bed. Smile you can do it!!
