Workout Description:
Complete 100 reps of 2 Hop Lateral Jumps

2 Hop Lateral Jumps

Each jump equals one rep. if you want to make the workout an additional challenge count a jump to the right and to the left count as one rep.

Intermediate / Advanced- Complete these 100 reps in one setting.
Beginner-Break up these 100 reps over the course of the day, but complete the workout before you go to bed. Smile you can do it!!
