On the Minute every Minute Complete the following exercises
Do 2 Burpees, then 4, then 6, etc
Once you burn out on burpees, continue on the minute every minute.
Do 3 Air Squats, then 6, then 9 etc
Don’t exceed 30 minutes for this workout

On the 1st Min do2 Burpees
On the 2nd Min do 4 Burpees
On the 3rd Min do 6 Burpees
…Continue until you can’t complete any more burpees.

Catch your breath.

Then complete…
On the 1st Min do 3 Air Squats
On the 2nd Min do 6 Air Squats
On the 3rd Min do 9 Air Squats
…Continue until you can’t complete any more Air Squats.
