You will complete a total of 5 exercises back to back for 5 minutes straight until the timer beeps.

Opposite Arm/Leg Leg Lift and Row (Right)
Opposite Arm/Leg Leg Lift and Row (Left)
Pull Throughs (Right)
Pull Throughs (Left)
Wide Leg Row + Sumo Squat

Complete these exercises in the order above until the final timer beeps. You’ll be doing this workout 2 more times for max results making it a 15 minute workout.

Beginners- Complete this workout one time then do 20-30 minutes of cardio.
Int/ Advanced- Complete this workout two or three times then do 15-20 minutes of cardio.
