Our First Bosu Ball Workout! I hope you are ready to challenge your body GOOD!

Set Your Gymboss Interval Timer to:
9 Rounds
8 Sec Rest
30 Sec Work

…Exercises
Alt Bicep Curl & Press on Bosu Ball
Plank Jump on Bosu Ball
Diamond Half Burpees on Bosu Ball

Alt Bicep Curl & Press on Bosu Ball
Plank Jump on Bosu Ball
Diamond Half Burpees on Bosu Ball

Finish off this workout with Crunches on the Bosu for one (1) straight minute, along with Back Extensions for one (1) straight minute. FEEL THE BURN!

… continue the exercises in this order until the final timer beeps.
