Today’s workout is total body, as always, that will really get your body toned and tight. Oh, and guess what.. We do the entire workout together so get excited about that. Try to keep up with me, and if you have to do the beginner variations that’s completely OK! Push hard, warm up and cool down, and make sure you’re sweating by the end of this workout… otherwise.. you didn’t really workout you only warmed up your body!

Set Your Gymboss Interval Timer to:
9 Rounds
10 Sec Rest
40 Sec Work

Overhead Weighted Plie’ Squat

10 Sec Rest
40 Sec Ballast Ball Wall Sit Twist

10 Sec Rest
40 Sec Wide/Tricep Pushup Combo

10 Sec Rest
40 Sec Overhead Weighted Plie’ Squat

…Continue the exercises in order until the final timer beeps. For max results try this workout 2 or 3 times.
