Did you think we would really be done with Workout #5 in this ‘Get Wedding Ready NOW’ series? I hope not! I am now taking you through a treadmill series of HIIT based workouts and you will LOVEEE how you feel and LOVEEE your results. I know I do!

This is your first workout up so I hope you’re ready to get HOT!!!! Oh, I meant TIGHT!!!!

Set 1
Workout Description
It’s optional to set your Gymboss Interval Timer to:

1 Round
5 Sec Rest
1 Min Work
**This will allow you to JUST set your timer for the cardio needed for this workout. You can’t set your timer for the exercises in this workout because you might not finish all the reps in 1 minute.
