Start with 1 Rep and increase your reps until you complete 10 Reps of both exercises on each side body. Do your right side first, then your left.

1 Right Side Tri-cep Pushups, 1 Right Side Leg Lift
2 Right Side Tri-cep Pushups, 2 Right Side Leg Lift
…Continue until you complete 10 Reps on the right side. Then switch to complete your left side body.
Keep a good pace and do this for time.
