I’m hitting the streets to take you’ll on this workout with me! I had alot of fun doing this workout and filming it for you. This is another example that you don’t have to ALWAYS workout at a gym or inside your house. Check it out below as I run and give you a very intense workout! You’ll love it. Lots of new Cardio, Strength, & BUTT exercises.

Warm Up First! No Excuses, Click HERE.

3 Sets of 20 Reps: 3D Lateral Lunges (3 lunges on each side equal one rep. Then complete the same on the other leg)

3 Sets of 20 Reps: Reverse One Leg Explosive Lunges (20 on each leg, 3xs)

2 Sets of 20 Reps: Alternating Lunge Jumps 2 Pulses (20 on each leg, 2xs)

3 Sets of 20 Reps: Prisoner Squat Jumps

3 Sets of 20 Reps: Explosive Jumps

3 Sets of 20 Reps: Toe Tap Jumping Jacks (Right & left tap = 1 rep)

3 Sets of 20 Reps: Elevated Pushups

(2) 100 Yard Sprints

3 Sets of 20 Reps: Lateral Side Step Lunges (leading off with each leg)

3 Sets of 20 Reps: Criss Cross Squats

3 Sets of 20 Reps: Curtsey Lunge Leg Lifts (20 on each leg, 3xs)

3 Sets of 20 Reps: Dips

3 Sets of 20 Reps: Right and Left Leg Step Ups (20 on each leg, 3xs)

1 Squat to Finish off this workout!
