Set Your Interval For:
8 Rounds
10 Sec Rest
20 Sec Work

Burpee Basket Ball Jumps
Lateral Suicides (Shuffle over two times then touch the ground then shuffle back 2 times and touch the ground)
Squat Jumps (Raise both hands when jumping up, and touch one hand on the ground for each jump)
Lateral Suicides (Shuffle over two times then touch the ground then shuffle back 2 times and touch the ground)
10 Seconds Rest.. Do Crunches!

20 Sec Squat Jumps

10 Sec Max Crunches!

..Continue through these 4 interval sets one more time. This completes your first tabata set. Perform this tabata 2 more times for a total of 3 tabata sets. This will give you a 12 Min High Intensity Interval Training Workout (HIIT).
