Set your Gymboss Interval Timer to:
8 Sec Rest
Complete 5MIN ARMP of:
6 Squat Jack Side Burpees
6 Right Leg Lunge Pulse and Press
6 Left Leg Lunge Pulse and Press
6 Straddle Love Handle Tilts
Continue these exercises in this order until the final timer beats. Get a notepad and tally your rounds after each set to keep count. Let me know if you beat me or came close!!
