(Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 Minutes. Count your rounds. Do these exercises and reps back to back for max results.) Use Proper Form!

Exercises
10 Oblique Blasts (5 Right Side, 5 Left Side)
10 Bicycle Abs (5 Right Knee to Left Elbow, 5 Left Side)
10 Windshield Wiper (I.e Bend Knees to the left side, diagonal left, straight in front=1 side) Go to the Right Side following this sequence and the Left Side. This would count as 2 reps, continue until you get to 10 reps. (5 Right Side, 5 Left Side)
