Set Your Gymboss Interval Timer to:
5 Rounds
1 Min Work
1 Min Work

3 Burpee Thrusters
2 Burpee Jumping Lunges
2 Spiderman Burpees

…Detail
Every minute on the minute you will complete these exercises. If you aren’t finished when the timer beeps for the next minute you must start back at the beginning with 3 Burpee Thrusters.

First Minute
3 Burpee Thrusters
2 Burpee Jumping Lunges
2 Spiderman Burpees

Second Minute
3 Burpee Thrusters
2 Burpee Jumping Lunges
2 Spiderman Burpees

Third Minute
3 Burpee Thrusters
2 Burpee Jumping Lunges
2 Spiderman Burpees

…Continue the exercises in order until the final timer beeps. For max results try this workout 2 or 3 times.
