These video is based on popular demand on Facebook. I have some ladies that love to kettlebell and wanted a 10 minute workout; therefore, I delivered!! I hope you’ll like this workout because it is TOUGH!!! Prior to this workout I did running intervals for 30 minutes so that I could be very warmed up!

Set Your Gymboss Interval Timer to:
5 Rounds
1 Min Work
1 Min Work

3 Right Kettlebell Thrusters
3 Left Kettlebell Thrusters
3 Right Kettlebell Swings
3 Left Kettlebell Swings
4 Burpee Switch Jumps with Kettlebell

Complete these exercises on the minute every minute for 10 min (EMOM):
1 Min Complete the following exercises:
3 Right Kettlebell Thrusters
3 Left Kettlebell Thrusters

2 Min Complete the following exercises:
3 Right Kettlebell Thrusters
