Complete 100 Reps Crunch Combo!

Intermediate / Advanced– Do 100 Reps in one setting back to back as seen in the video.
Beginners — Attempt as many reps in one setting as you can. Then do 100 Reps throughout the day! (I.e 30 before you go to work, 30 before you go to bed, and space the rest out during the day if need be)
